Back to giving free access......As long as bandwidth doesn’t get out of hand I can open it up for everyone. Plus it isn’t right to have people pay for something as crappy as this has been lately.

I think I have it recording for now...new machine is on vista and the recording software doesn’t like it. Pulling webstream for now....I hate the filenames but this is the best I can do for now.

I am well aware of the current issue as my machine that I use to record the shows just bit the dust. Appears to have had the bios go corrupt as I get a bios checksum failure when trying to boot. I can’t seem to get past it so I am at a loss for a fix. I have borrowed a machine from a friend and am going to try and set it up to get it recording starting Monday....expect a few hiccups until I can get it going.

The machine was purchased in May of 2008 specifically for recording the shows and has a non standard form factor motherboard so I can’t just do a swap. It is an Asus Pundit P2-P5945GC. It does have a 2 year warranty so I will try to contact them and get a new board sent to me. If I can’t get that I will probably just buy a new motherboard and case and xfer all the parts from this one into it. I would guess we will be back up by Tuesday or Wed with the new setup and hopefully I will have a permanent solution by next week.

I will try to post the archives a little faster but I am pulling those from newsgroups so only so much I can do on that.
